The SOSS Bros Story

SOSS Bros was founded in 2024 by three brothers (Sham and Karim are blood brothers; Lance is their fraternity brother). Sham, Lance, and Karim united by a shared love for food, family, and flavor.

More than a decade earlier, Sham had quietly perfected a secret Chipotle sauce recipe, one that became a legend within the family. In 2023, during Sham’s wedding in Egypt, Lance jokingly offered him $100 for one bottle of the mysterious “SOSS.” Sham accepted and promised to fly back to Miami to teach Lance how to make it himself. What started as a lighthearted moment turned into a full-fledged production. In a small ghost kitchen, Sham and Lance crafted over 300 bottles of the smoky, creamy, zesty sauce and shipped them to their brother Karim, who handled packing, shipping, and sales. Within a month, they were completely sold out, and the brothers realized they had something special. Driven by that demand, they spent months perfecting the formula, searching for a co-packer, and developing a scalable process that would not compromise the flavor that had started it all. The result: SOSS - made with real hand-squeezed lemons and smoked chipotle peppers, designed to elevate every meal. SOSS is built on the simple idea that a great sauce should enhance your food and taste great with everything. Each bottle is:
