What started as a secret family recipe turned into something much bigger. This is how SOSS happened.
WHERE IT STARTED

For years, Sham had quietly perfected a smoky chipotle sauce that became legendary within the family.
Then, at Sham's wedding in Egypt in 2023, Lance jokingly offered him $100 for one bottle of the mysterious sauce.
Sham took the money.
And promised to fly back to Miami and teach Lance how to make it.

What began as a joke quickly became a full-fledged production operation. Sham and Lance started making batch after batch in a tiny ghost kitchen.
More than 300 bottles of the smoky, creamy, zesty original sauce were made and shipped to their brother Karim, who handled packing, shipping, selling and getting SOSS into people's hands.
Three brothers. One recipe. No idea how far it would go.
ONE MONTH.

That's when the brothers realized this might be more than another family recipe.
